"Tron Legacy" the sequel of the first version, still with Jeff Bridges is the coming big movie from the Disney studios. This movie deals with Sam, a young technologie enthousiast who investigates his father's dissapearing, Kevin Flynn a video game maker. Sam and his friend Cora get themselves into a fierce gladiators' program where Kevin has been living in for 25 years. "Tron Legacy" is to be released on December,30th 2010 in 3D! As a matter of fact the Disney studios want to make a triology of movies of it, to adapt it into a TV-show to link the story between the release of the different movies in theaters, and if the movie is a success, they want to renew some of their attractions into a "Tron Legacy" theme! Cinema: everybody's going to make 3D!

Since "Avatar"'s triumph, many movies to be released or made are on the way to be converted to 3D! As an example, "Transformers 3" and "Underworld 4" will be converted to 3D! But above all, Warner Bros officially announced that "The clash of the titans" to be released in April, 2nd 2010 will be converted to 3D, as well as the two parts of the last movie of Harry Potter! This trend to make again or make a movie in 3D can lead us to wonder what their motives are: has the 3D already become a commercial argument, rather than an artistic surplus value? All the more so since, there is one major issue: the theaters equipped to show a 3D movie, are only able nowadays to show one movie at a time! In the United States for example, a choice will be made to rather show "The clash of the titans" or the animated movie "How to train your dragon", which are both to be released at the same time in 3D! This is it, this is official: "Avatar" just became the hugest cinematographic success of all time, overcoming the previous record held by "Titanic" since 1998/1999! To overcome this record, it took another movie from the director of "Titanic", movie which was/is visually and technically innovating! "Avatar" is thus n°1 at the international box office with more than 1.8 billion dollars of income worldwide, made in only 5 weeks, while it took 10 months for "Titanic" to overcome the billion dollars of income! However, in France, for now only 11 million people went to watch "Avatar", that is 9 million less than for "Titanic"! Now, we can only greet the talent of James Cameron, who became the most profitable director of all time!
